SPACE TO PAUSE PSYCHOTHERAPY

Holding space for the real, the messy, and the meaningful.

Connecting human to human- a space to be the true you.

In-person and online support for pre-teens, teens, and adults

Moving through the world can feel really tough these days. Life brings constant change, expectations, and moments that can leave us feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

That’s why I created Space-to-Pause Psychotherapy. It’s a space to take that pause — to explore what you truly value at this point in your life, to notice what feels heavy, and to start making sense of where you want to go next. This is a space to sit with the hard things, to feel them, to make sense of them — and to do it with someone beside you. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I often work with people who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, big life transitions, or the shifting roles of parenthood. But at its heart, this work is about getting to know yourself — who you are, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more like yours.

This is your space—to pause, connect, and begin the work of finding your way back to yourself.

Walking alongside pre-teens, teens, and adults to support with:

Navigating anxiety

Managing perfectionist-based thinking

Connecting with the self

Grief & Loss

End of relationships

Neurodiversity support for ADHD & AuDHD

Life transitions

Stress & burnout

Parenting & Co-Parenting

School-related stressors

Managing social and friend relationships

A space to pause; A space to just be.

Who is talk therapy for?

Practicing the Pause

At Space to Pause Psychotherapy, I believe that therapy can be available for any one and can be used for a reason, a season, or maybe throughout a lifetime.  The choice is truly up to the individual and what they need at this time in their life. Talk therapy can support exploration of self, the processing of different events and emotions, while also finding tangible strategies and skills that can support an individual in getting through a time that may feel hard or challenging.  No matter where in the journey you are, talk therapy can work towards decreasing unwanted symptoms, reframing thoughts, building strategies, and finding more self compassion as we head through the ups and downs of our life.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself as I am,

then I can change."

Carl Rogers
